The Customer Service EDI Specialist for Cytiva Singapore and China would be responsible for managing and resolving issues related to EDI orders to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of those orders.
This position reports to the Director APAC Customer Service and is part of the Commercial Operations located in Singapore and will be an on-site role to cover Asia Pacific and China region.
What you will do:
- Oversee and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations, generating daily reports to identify and address errors and un-booked orders. Manage Letter of Credit (LC) as an added work accountability/responsibility and support CS Bowler operations as when required.
- Analyse EDI data trends and apply Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies to achieve KPI targets.
- Enter and manage workflows for account creation and relationships, ensuring data integrity. Resolve purchase order discrepancies, such as pricing and part number issues.
- Collaborate with the e-Business and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop documentation and training guides.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging DBS tools to identify process gaps and implement preventive measures in the EDI/LC operations.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- This specialist would be an experienced, high-performing CS associates who have strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using Oracle systems for EDI processing. Proven experience in EDI management and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (China Market).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Familiarity with account creation and relationship set up.
- Understanding of pricing and Unit of Measure discrepancies.
