OnTheList works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...
Ecommerce Operations:
- Execute online flash sales events by managing product content (product names, descriptions, visuals), pricing accuracy and site readiness to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Liaise directly with brand partners to gather all required information to execute the online events.
- Support end-to-end Online flash sale events for Singapore and Malaysia, from pre-event preparation, live event monitoring and event closure.
- Closely monitoring the stock’s movement and ensure inventories are well kept to date, removing OOS items from website when needed.
- Ensure cross-channel consistency with external actors, from brand partners to the internal Business Development team, Offline Operations team, Marketing team and Customer service to ensure a smooth process and achieve targeted results.
Brand website storefront and improvement:
- Create and design online store images and banners, and promotional assets aligned with campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales performance through product bundling and pricing mechanics to drive conversion.
- Improve the end-to-end online shopping experience through enhanced UX/UI, clearer navigation, and checkout optimization.
Analytics, Reporting and Optimization:
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and courier partners to support smooth supply chain operations and timely order fulfilment throughout the event lifecycle.
- Prepare daily sales reports and post-event performance reports with insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and brand partners.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines within the team.
- Provide on-the-job support and coordination with junior team members when required.
WHAT IT TAKES…
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce role
- Possess experience in merchandising field in a retail environment is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Shopify or other retail e-commerce platform
- Some experience of supply chain or operations management
- Proficient in Excel, copy writing and other MS Office skills
- Good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
- Diploma/ Degree holder in E-Commerce, Logistics or any related discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
