 We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive (UX & Content) to support the day-to-day operations of pedroshoes.com. This role is crucial for ensuring a best-in-class user experience, managing content updates, and supporting development projects that align with our commercial and brand objectives. 

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and execute all content updates across the PEDRO website, including the homepage, navigation, collection pages, and editorial features, ensuring they are on-brand and commercially driven. 

  • Own and maintain the ecommerce content calendar, coordinating with marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive story across all digital channels for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal refreshes. 

  • Collaborate with functional teams like creative, marketing, inventory, merchandising, copywriters, and IT to ensure content and implementation launch success 

  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to optimize on-site content for SEO, focusing on metadata, tagging, and improving page load speeds to enhance visibility and performance. 

  • Support the CRM and email marketing teams by ensuring all necessary landing pages, categories, and content are live and optimized ahead of campaign launches. 

  • Continuously monitor website performance, identifying and flagging bugs or usability issues for swift resolution to minimize impact on the customer journey. 

  • Use insights from Google Analytics and other tools to report on key performance metrics related to user engagement, bounce rate, and conversion, identifying opportunities for content optimization. 

  • Manage the site enhancement and development pipeline with our third-party partners. This includes writing clear briefs, prioritizing tasks, and conducting thorough QA and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

  • Support the implementation and testing of new features, UX improvements, and third-party tools (e.g., personalization engines, customer reviews) to continually enhance the online shopping experience. 

  • Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure all content is accurate, current, and presented beautifully. 

  • Assist with miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field with at least 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the service or fashion industry. 

  • A keen sense of fashion, a strong interest in styling, and a passion for the industry. 

  • A fun, vibrant, and outgoing personality with great personal style. 

  • A strong understanding of UX principles, mobile-first design, and how content strategy impacts customer engagement and conversion. 

  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI to derive actionable insights. 

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a genuine passion for fashion, technology, and creating exceptional online experiences. 

  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of digital landscape (with a focus on ecommerce and UX) Salesforce and/or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
