What you need to know about this position:
- Eco Fee (Recycling Administration) Data Analyst will be key contributor in countries Еco Fee reports and analyses scope in MEU Eco Fee business.
- Running Eco Fee (Recycling Administration) SAP Reports within the fixed deadlines, including the required quality checks for 28 countries in EU region
- Ensuring correctness of Eco Fee declarations, including SAP attributes in line with countries legal requirements.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis (cost & volume), identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide forecasts, support internal and external audits.
- Co-ordinating SAP configurations updates if needed. Close communication with Country contacts, initiated the updates and MDLZ Support team.
- Close communication with all parties, involved in Eco Fee process, such as Eco Fee Data analysts, Country contacts, Support Team, etc.
- Initiating Eco Fee invoice payments, where needed
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing process and control points
Education / Certifications:
- University degree is an advantage.
Job specific requirements:
- Analytical skills. Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from systems and data
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Excel very good knowledge
- Fluent English
- SAP knowledge (or similar) is an advantage.
