As a Summer Internship Program & Events Associate within our Early Career team, you will coordinate and manage the logistics of our internship program and events in Singapore. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for our interns and participants. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive and engaging environment that reflects our firm's values and culture.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful events. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful programs. Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of the Summer Internship Program.
  • Organize and manage events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align program objectives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage program budgets and track expenses.
  • Prepare and distribute program materials and communications.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of interns.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and gather insights from participants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resource, Early Careers or Talent Acquisition
  • Required 3 years working experience in Banking and Financial services
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
