The Asia Early Career team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA hires. 

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner based in Singapore. 

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for one or more businesses for intern and graduate roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management and onboarding

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, and Early Career Program Leads to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, focusing on growth opportunities, process improvements, and best practice adoption.

  • Act as a credible business partner by providing recruitment campaign and program data, insights, and market trend analysis to business, Early Career teams, and wider HR communities.

  • Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and program data by ensuring candidate tracking systems and reports are consistently updated and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Partnering closely with the Citi University Relations team to build and maintain candidate pipelines through university career fairs, student networking sessions, and recruitment events across Asia.

  • Coordinate and facilitate hiring events (interview days & assessment centers), lead on debriefing sessions and hiring decision processes with business, ensuring accurate and prompt offer management.

  • Support program management activities to ensure onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives are executed effectively.

  • Deliver mentoring and development support to interns, fostering their growth and engagement.

  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment and program lifecycle.

  • Organise and host intake sessions both with Citi stakeholders and students when necessary

  • Collaborate with the wider Early Career team on global projects and initiatives, and provide support as needed for events and programs.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Recruitment experience required ideally within an early career /graduate recruitment function or agency. Financial Services experienced is not essential.

  • Demonstrated skills in managing volume early career programs ideally across Asia, with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, internal teams and external partners across multiple countries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both candidates and senior stakeholders.

  • Data driven decision making- ability to analyse and interpret data to support decision making.
