Job Description

This job sits with IFS Ultimo Academy.

The IFS Ultimo Academy department is responsible for the Documentation, Translation and Training of the Ultimo software. About Training, the Academy delivers e-learning courses via our own LMS to customers and employees. We also deliver certification programs for consultants (internal and external).

As a Digital Learning Developer, you will join the Learning Development Team within IFS Ultimo Academy.
This team is responsible for the adoption of the IFS Ultimo software. You will be responsible for developing engaging, effective, interactive e-learning e-learning content that enhances the learning experience for our users. his role requires expertise in instructional development and technical skills to create high-quality learning materials.

In this role you will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyse content requirements
  • Ensure all e-learning content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with instructional design principles
  • Develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and assessments.
  • Create engaging theory, demo and exercise content
  • Test and review e-learning content
  • Prepare and implement translations of the e-learning content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology or similar discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-learning content development
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Assima Train, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Experience in audio/narration editing
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Strong understanding of HTML and experience in creating web-based content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Interest in business administration software education
