Work with business and IT teams to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications; perform process improvement, UAT, and system performance analysis; create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support; monitor systems and recommend corrective actions.

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure the developed solutions meet the business needs
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Provide support and guidance to end-users on the implemented solutions
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
