Responsibilities
Manage and operate DLP platforms based on clients’ procedures. Function Level 1 DLP Operator to perform first level incident response and request fulfilment.
Operations
- Provide level 1 support for incidents, including engaging 3rd party support from the product vendors.
- Test hotfixes, service packs, update rollups and patches, as per the instructions of the Patch Manager
- Support new initiatives as requested by the Customer.
- Advise the Customer on all DLP policy change requests, and ensure the change adheres to the policy guidelines.
- Review and update DLP policy configured for the DLP Client Service and as directed by Customer.
- Provide summary information of specific Central DLP System configurations, security policies and settings.
- Conduct technical support briefing for the Customer
- Coordinate a review exercise on all DLP policy with the Customer.
Infra
- Monitor device’s health and availability
- Resolve device’s health incidents within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Implement configuration changes and process requests from clients
- Manage device tuning and patching
- Implement major upgrade and enhancements review
- Manage any hardware replacement and license
- Maintain existing operational documentation required for technology management processes or to maintain device health
- Update the operational documentation to ensure that any latest changes to the operations are being captured
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information System/Information Security from a recognized institution
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Meticulous self-starter with a positive attitude
- Basic, yet sound technical understanding of operating systems, network architecture and design
- Basic, yet sound knowledge of network routing and switching fundamentals to include knowledge of Multiprotocol Layer Switching (MPLS)
- Basic, yet sound knowledge of Virtualization, Hypervisors and Virtual Storage Area Networks
