As the Director, Sales, APAC, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading strategic sales initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. You will build and manage a high-performing sales team, develop key partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse markets within APAC.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a regional sales team across multiple countries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
  • Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in APAC markets.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services landscape and regulatory environment in APAC.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
