About the role:
Serve as a strategic lead for business pursuits, pitch management, marketing strategy, and project coordination across all logistics and industrial projects.
Design and implement integrated marketing and brand strategies tailored to individual projects, while aligning with the broader company objectives.
Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — from strategic planning and creative development to execution.
Collaborate on the development of high-impact pitch materials, including proposals and presentations, to support the team in securing new leasing and sales mandates.
Manage project timelines, campaign tools, and performance tracking systems, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
Support communication efforts across projects, including content development, media outreach, and event planning.
Utilize and optimize the company's CRM system (Cushman & Wakefield's platform) to enhance marketing effectiveness, track leads, and drive revenue opportunities.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, real estate market dynamics, customer personas, and evolving user needs within the logistics and industrial space.
Analyze how target audiences engage with marketing efforts and recommend strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.
Perform additional duties as required in support of business development and pursuit goals.
