We’re looking for a senior product leader to spearhead our Cards & Payments strategy - including payment processing, card issuing, authorization flows, and ledger systems. You will lead and grow the product management function across our payments stack, ensuring secure, scalable, and market-leading payment experiences for users and businesses across Asia. Beyond cards and payments, you will also have the opportunity to lead up additional critical product areas and domains.

You will:

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for cards, payments, and ledger systems, and beyond
  • Manage and grow high-performing PMs across multiple domains
  • Manage and influence key external technology partners and vendors to ensure delivery excellence, service reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Build for scale: strengthen architecture, reliability, and operational maturity across key systems
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient products
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders with clear prioritization, documentation, and delivery discipline
  • Navigate complexity across regulatory, technical, and financial systems to solve deeply integrated product challenges
  • Champion a strong product culture and mentoring cadence to elevate the craft of product across the org

Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of product management experience with proven success scaling financial products
  • Managerial experience with multiple product managers
  • Proven ability to scale platform or operational systems in a high-growth or regulated environment
  • Deep experience in fintech payments - ideally card issuing, card schemes, authorization flows, settlement & reconciliation, or ledger infrastructure
  • Hands-on fluency with deeply technical or financial products - comfortable working across APIs, ledgers, and transaction flows
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Ops, and Compliance
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills, with a bias toward clarity, velocity, and outcomes
