Arta Finance is building an AI-powered wealth platform that brings sophisticated investment capabilities and portfolio intelligence to modern financial institutions. Our platform enables banks, digital banks, and financial platforms to deliver institutional-grade investment products and portfolio insights to their clients through modern infrastructure and APIs.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager/Product Head with a strong technical background and deep understanding of investment platforms to lead the development of Arta’s B2B wealth infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background or who has been in the tech industry for a long time, and who enjoys working closely with technical teams to build scalable financial platforms.

You will own the strategy and execution of core platform capabilities used by Arta’s global institutional partners, partnering closely with the Singapore CEO, the Chief of Staff and the VP of Engineering to define the roadmap and drive execution.

• Define the roadmap for Arta’s institutional wealth platform used by banks and financial partners.

• Build scalable capabilities that power investment products, portfolio analytics, and advisor tools.
  Ensure the platform can support multiple partners through modular APIs and services.

• Design systems supporting workflows such as:

  • portfolio construction and analytics

  • investment product distribution

  • portfolio reporting and performance tracking

  • trading and order workflows

  • advisor and client dashboards

• Work closely with engineering and UI/UX teams to design scalable, reliable platform architecture.

• Lead the development of API-driven infrastructure used by partner institutions.

• Ensure Arta’s platform can integrate easily with partner systems such as digital banking apps, core banking systems, and wealth platforms.

• Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to design and ship complex technical products.

• Translate business and partner needs into clear product specifications.

• Participate actively in architectural discussions and technical tradeoffs.

• Engage with product and technology teams at partner institutions to understand requirements and integration needs.

• Balance partner customization with the long-term scalability of the platform.

• Own product delivery from concept through launch and iteration.

• Define success metrics and continuously improve platform performance and capabilities.

• 16–20 years of experience across engineering and product roles.

• Experience working with UI/UX teams and converting complex workflows into intuitive products

• Comfortable working deeply with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and platform design.

• Strong domain knowledge in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial infrastructure is a plus.

• Experience building products such as:

  • digital wealth platforms

  • portfolio management systems

  • investment data platforms

  • fintech infrastructure products

• Proven experience building B2B platforms used by financial institutions or fintech companies.

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and financial data pipelines.

• Able to operate at both product strategy level and detailed execution level.

• Comfortable writing detailed product requirements and collaborating on technical design.

• Excellent communicator capable of working with engineers, designers, business teams, and partner institutions.

• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
