Responsibilities    

•    Lead the Project Management Office to ensure consistent program governance, execution discipline, and delivery excellence.
•    Oversee and guide product transfers and new product introduction (NPI) programs from US design centers to Asia manufacturing sites.
•    Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful readiness, qualification, and ramp-up of products.
•    Drive alignment between global and regional stakeholders to ensure programs meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
•    Establish standardized tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to enhance project visibility and accountability.
•    Monitor project performance metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
•    Serve as the key point of contact for executive updates, providing clear visibility into project health, issues, and dependencies.
•    Lead cross-functional governance reviews, ensuring timely decisions and alignment with corporate priorities.
•    Coach and develop Project Managers, strengthening organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
•    Lead and champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and execution excellence across all program teams.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
•    At least 15 years of progressive experience in project or operations management, including 8 years in a leadership role managing complex, cross-functional programs.
•    Proven experience leading product transfer and NPI programs within a global manufacturing or high-tech environment.
•    Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, manufacturing readiness, and cross-site coordination.
•    Demonstrated success in building and leading a PMO, implementing governance frameworks, and driving standardization.
•    Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
•    Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•    PgMP certification is an advantage.
•    Experience in semiconductor equipment or precision manufacturing industries.
