JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and originating investment opportunities
  • Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due-diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation.
  • Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due-diligence budget through execution.
  • Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders.
  • Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions.
  • Evaluating and executing investment exits.
  • Guiding, mentoring and developing junior members within the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in a top tier fund manager or private equity firm or investment bank, specific experience in data center investments is a big plus
  • Strong academic background
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel as required
