Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee token market-making and exchange market-making operations, ensuring consistent performance and liquidity provisioning.
- Lead and mentor trading teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Define team goals, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive trading research initiatives to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance trading models and infrastructure.
- Oversee daily trading operations, including risk management and performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Total of more than 5 years in quantitative trading with minimum of 2 years of trading experience in the cryptocurrency space.
- Proven track record of success in high-frequency and market-making environments.
- Deep understanding of token market-making and exchange market-making business models.
- Familiarity with crypto market structure, trading platforms, and APIs.
- Demonstrated experience managing trading teams, including performance management, mentoring, and resource allocation.
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
