JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for digital performance-based sales in Waste-to-Energy and EaaS offerings.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through data-driven performance contracting models.
- Build track record that is focused on long-term client value and relationship, not just transactional sales.
Performance Contracting & Commercial Structuring
- Develop and negotiate digital performance contracts (e.g., shared savings, service-level agreements, PPA-like structures).
- Align contract terms with operational KPIs such as energy output, efficiency, emissions reduction, and cost savings.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure contracts are scalable and risk-optimized.
Market Strategy & Reporting
- Track emerging trends in clean energy financing, regulatory frameworks, and digital contracting tools.
- Provide management team with regular updates on pipeline activity, market expansion, and performance metrics.
- Support project development teams with commercial insights for project modeling and feasibility studies.
Digital Tools & Analytics
- implementation of digital tools (sensors, SCADA, AI analytics) to enable performance monitoring, tracking and reporting , including strategic/critical OEM vendors partnership
