Position Summary
The Director of the CF (Customer Facing) Strategy Planning Department supports the CFSP lead, collaborates with the TA lead, the sales lead, and the Sales Strategy & Execution Lead for all TAs (Therapeutic Area) / priority brands, marketing, sales, and other CF-related departments to develop and execute brand plans, POAs (promotion activity plans), sales branch plans and sales district plans.
In addition, he/she plays a key role in designing and promoting GTMx (New Go To Market Models). By promoting cross-departmental collaboration (role collaboration) in customer facing, he/she maximizes the value of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for all TAs and drive the improvement of customer satisfaction.
As a leadership member of the CFSP, he/she will be responsible for the management of the CFSP organization and the development of the next generation of leaders. As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, he/she will be responsible for the operation of the sales organization and the development of the next generation of leaders.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Support for the formulation of brand plans, POAs, sales branch plans, and sales district plans for all TAs (provision of strategic knowledge and advice) through collaboration with related departments such as TA lead, marketing, sales, medical, corporate, and channel management, and achievement of brand plans and KB by completing POAs Lead proposals and improvements on various KPIs of all TAs, promotional activities based on analysis, and productivity and efficiency improvement of CF employees Formulate optimal CF resource allocation, call allocation planning, territory planning, and staffing planning from a cross-TA perspective Appropriately manage allocation and spend of expenses with an awareness of Operational Excellence Promote GTMx in close collaboration with other and related departments to provide the best customer experience Plan / deliver / lead CF Transformation Cultivate an organizational culture that respects risk management and integrity in the CF activities of all TAs Instill Pfizer culture throughout the CF organization Manage CFSP organization and develop the next generation of leaders Manage sales organization and develop the next generation of leaders

  • Understand the latest innovations, digital, and IT drives and incorporate them into the overall strategy of the CF organization
  • Ability to perform data analysis to drive improved decision-making, business processes, and outcomes to drive Pfizer's overall business

【Experience】

  • Commercial/marketing experience preferred (5 years or more)
  • Experience in strategy/management consultancy is preferred (8 years or more)
  • Experience as a line manager is preferred


【Language】

  • English communication at business level, both spoken and written


【.Education/Certification】

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
