  • Provide expert guidance and feedback on product features, functionalities, and user interfaces to ensure they align with Treasury best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in product design reviews, testing, and implementation processes to ensure seamless integration with existing Treasury systems and workflows.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Evaluate the potential risks and compliance implications of new products from a Treasury perspective.
  • Work with product teams to implement appropriate risk mitigation measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures to manage Treasury-related risks associated with new products.

Communication & Training:

  • Effectively communicate Treasury requirements and perspectives to product development teams, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate product teams and other relevant personnel on Treasury-related aspects of new products.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact Treasury and product development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Financial Controlling, Legal, Compliance, and Network teams to build and grow cross-functional relationships.
  • Work together to optimize the cash flows and margins of Aspire payment products, as well as our treasury data management system.
  • Define the structure and fund flows to hold customer money under local regulations for licensed entities.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the treasury function.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align treasury activities with overall business objectives.

  • In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, and risk management practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, technology, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You feel passionate about Tech and Start-ups, as well as implementing your skills and knowledge in creation and improvement of controls framework and internal processes.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
