UCT is looking for a talented Dir, Account Ops to join us in Singapore!

Job Summary:

Manage and responsible for all Program Management function at a site level.

The scope includes both demand/order and commercial management, as well as Customer facing and internal alignment activities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  •  General Management
    •  Provide guidance and governance on work process to Customer Program Managers for meeting annual goals and objectives as aligned during the annual operating planning (AOP) process
    •  Matrixed reporting with direct line to site GM and dotted line to Senior Director of Global PMO
    •  Act as the escalation point for customers when operational-level issues arise.
    •  Comply with global QMS policies, processes, forms & records – propose improvements
    •  Provides quarterly spend forecast using headcount model & operating expenses
    •  Uses Personnel performance ratings (9-box, relative rankings) to assess & optimize teamAdhere to Customer Program Manager training schedule for compliance to procedures
    •  Partners with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse to meet/exceed OTD & quality goals & objectives
  •  Commercial Management
    •  Review and provide weekly KPI update to management on FGI, Claims, Credit Memo, Consignment inventory level, materials margin and ECO claim
    •  Provides quarterly site revenue forecast (up to 1 year) & monthly/periodic updates
    •  Manage Quote team in Cebu to ensure Item Master, In-Mind and Pricing in SAP is timely updated.
    •  Effectively maintains Customer request for quote (RFQ) log RFQ and provides quotes to meet gross margin targets and response time goals
    •  Collects Accounts Receivables on an as needed basis (support to clear any roadblocks)
    •  Collect claims related to changes driven by Customer impacting product/inventory
    •  Maintain & monitor product material margins (MM%) > 25%
  •  Demand Management
    •  Manage all Customer orders (place) and align changes (pull, push, cancel) with UCT Stakeholders to meet Customer need by dates (>85%) and UCT commit dates (>95%)
      •  May include shipment tracking and updating the Customer
    •  Where applicable, updating Customer Portal site commit dates within 1wk of order receipt
    •  Manage UCT Open Order Report (IPR – SAP) – periodically verifying with Customer open order report to keep aligned
    •  As requested by Customer provide shipment/planning updates
    •  Clear all Customer returned materials from receiving variance within 3 calendar days
    •  Clear all Finished goods inventory within 3 calendar days
    •  Attend production/planning meetings to support Customer Program Managers when in escalation
    •  Attend/Lead Customer meetings with respect to this function – Present status & plans
    •  Track OTD to Site Commit & OTD to Customer Need by Date weekly – present at 4B
    •  Maintain a weekly log of all Customer problem reports/deviations – drive owner to closure

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  •  Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives
  •  Strong interpersonal and team building skills
  •  Ability to work and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
  •  Negotiating skills to optimize the outcome for UCT
  •  Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  •  Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices
  •  Self-starter with unquestionable integrity
  •  Strong and clear communication skills

Educational/Certification Requirement:

 

  •  BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management strongly preferred
  •  MBA preferred

Experience Requirement: 

Work Experience:

  •  Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
  •  Four years Account Management or Business Management experience in a business-to-business transaction environment.
