Q2 is seeking experts in the financial services technology industry to promote Q2 FraudTech products, services and solutions with existing Q2 prospects and customers and industry influencers including consultants, analysts, and system integrators. As a Digital Strategist, you will provide subject matter expertise about Q2 FraudTech products to Q2 representatives. Viewed as a seasoned, influential individual contributor, you will provide input and feedback to Q2 executives on the planning, designing, due diligence and implementation of their existing strategic business objectives concerning those assigned Q2 products, services and solutions.

A Typical Day:

  • Leverage deep domain expertise to formulate, test and advance differentiated messaging for Q2 FraudTech solutions, and share public industry data and trends to drive desired outcomes and impact for the company.
  • Conduct market analysis specific to Q2 FraudTech solutions.
  • Document knowledge and experience specific to Q2 FraudTech solutions to help train other externally facing roles.
  • Contribute to net new sales, cross sales, customer renewals, and customer turnarounds for assigned fraud segment and products.
  • Create fraud differentiation messaging pitch decks, demo workflows and scoping routines for enterprise fraud opportunities.
  • Participate in Q2 and industry conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Attend deal strategy sessions with customer success, sales leadership and a regional sales manager to formulate approaches with a promising sales lead for assigned segment and products both for existing customers and prospects.
  • Present Q2 fraud strategic overviews with comparison metrics for Q2 clients in assigned segment  in the Q2 executive briefing center.
  • Work with Marketing and Revenue Operations to formulate new and differentiated sales engagement messaging for assigned Q2 segment and products.
  • Review product strategy and roadmaps for assigned products with consultants as required.
  • Attend cross-functional leadership meetings to provide feedback on industry trends and challenges relevant to Q2 customers, assigned segments and products.
  • Create customer testimonials with real world ROI data for use in a presentation with a prospect.
  • Attend strategy offsite meetings to formulate deal strategy and support for Q2 customers, assigned segments and products.
  • After initial year at Q2, role growth could include other assigned segments and products.
     

​Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of financial services, fraud technology or related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in external customer or prospect facing roles.
  • 6+ years of solution consulting, product marketing, sales, product management or customers success work.
  • 6+ years of industry consultant, analyst or systems integrator role work.
  • 6+ years of financial services or financial services technology work at a financial institution or fintech, preferably in executive, sales or product roles.
  • A deep and strong understanding of banking, financial services, financial technology, fraud technology, digital banking, digital experience, payments and commercial banking. 
  • Experience with SaaS based Digital Banking, Risk and Fraud, Pricing and Profitability or Banking-as-a-Service knowledge.
  • Expert problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Negotiating and selling skills to improve Q2 and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and have a collaborative mindset.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
