This position reports to:
Hub Digital Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
- Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
- Identify and developing new market opportunities; ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration across different business including Hub Digital, Services and Solutions Teams.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Preparing sales plans using company ABB authorized tools.
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Computer, or Automation.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in different digital offerings (Energy Management System, APM, Cybersecurity, etc.).digital technologies, IoT platforms, analytics, and software applications
- Strong understanding of offshore, O&G , FLNG, Large LNG Project and Wind Offshore exploration related industrial processes.
- Ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions.
- Proven experience in automation and digital solution sales within industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to engage senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving and opportunity identification skills.
