PURPOSE

Digital Marketing Strategy & Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Manage performance marketing channels (Search, Social, Display, Video), affiliate partnerships, EDM, and SEO.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies using - SEO, SEM, and other techniques to drive traffic and conversions to achieve sales targets.
  • Optimize campaigns across email, social media, display, and search using web analytics tools.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive activities to achieve sales targets across all channels (search, social, video, display, etc), EDM, Affiliate partners, and Renewals.
  •  Work with in-house design team and media agency to plan and execute always-on and tacticalcampaigns; monitor campaigns and make timely changes considering competition offers, on-going CPA, product case size, etc.
  • Review and customize sales, marketing & renewal communications (e-mail, sms, push notification) to optimize sales and conversions
  • Work closely with platform product owners to optimize sales journeys and suggest required changes to improve and maintain SEO rankings.
  • Review and revisit discounts given across products and suggest required changes to improve take-up rate
  • Work closely with product team to understand key product USP and latest product features to make required changes to product pages
  • Manage key marketing systems and analyze performance (CRM, promo code module, CMS, Qlik) whilst establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in sales and marketing

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing including on-boarding of the online Affiliate/e-commerce partners 
  • Experience in insurance industry will be a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Drive and identify business opportunities and strategic approaches
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
  • Effectively facilitate discussions among multiple stakeholders and manage peer groups / project teams
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing and social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
  •  Solid understanding of SEM, Display and Paid Social Working knowledge of web journey principles, best practices, and content management platforms
  • Familiar with SEO best practices and analytical tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Good with numbers, projections and sales analysis
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications especially Excel
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, marketing operations and process design
  • Strong people management skills to provide guidance to junior team members
