JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Digital Product Management Intern, you’ll support the product team and gain hands-on experience in managing the digital (web/app) product development, user experience design, and agile methodologies while contributing to real-world projects that improves customer engagement and satisfaction
What you will do:
- Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of user stories and help manage the product backlog.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product strategy.
- Help track product performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Contribute ideas for improving user experience and product functionality.
- Assist in testing and validating new features before release.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital products, user experience, and technology.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, JIRA, Trello, or similar is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible based on academic schedule)
