Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead product launch strategies and drive targeted audience engagement to ensure go-to-market success. You will be instrumental in defining the product's market presence and cultivating a dedicated user base, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

On the regional team, you will coordinate marketing initiatives, support key partnerships, and execute multi-channel campaigns. Your expertise in articulating a compelling product vision and developing impactful content will be essential. You will identify optimal channels and drive integrated marketing efforts to fuel product growth and market penetration.

Role:

  • Own the end-to-end launch process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish product roadmaps and launch strategies.
  • Establish efficient go-to-market operations to facilitate rapid product launches.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to adapt launch assets for regional teams.
  • Manage launch timelines, track progress, and coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct and coordinate rigorous pre-launch scaled testing and channel feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Partner with User Research to gather insights and conduct competitive analysis to inform launch strategy and positioning.
  • Develop and implement scalable playbooks to achieve marketing and product education objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to content creation for targeted outreach initiatives, driving product usage and awareness in alignment with regional goals.

You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of work experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, advertising, project management, product marketing, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience in technology industry roles and/or start-ups is a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of analytical success, with a capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
  • Able to work independently through ambiguity and possesses strong problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.
  • Effective leadership and project management skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Deep interest and passion in emerging technologies; curiosity to learn new concepts and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and drive relevant product improvements.
  • Comfortable working effectively across different time zones and cultures to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence at all levels, engage in debates and storytelling, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
