Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Performance Marketing
- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement.
- Own and scale SEO and Paid Media campaigns to drive Gross Adds (GAs) and lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
- Continuously analyze, optimize, and refine performance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
SEO & Paid Media Execution
- Work with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, product, and tech) to drive technical and on-page SEO improvements.
- Work closely with the Media team to optimize paid campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and maximum impact.
Data-Driven Insights & Performance Deep-Dive
- Use Google Analytics, Looker, and performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
- Identify key growth opportunities through customer insights, A/B testing, and competitive analysis.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize marketing spend.
Budget Management & ROI Optimization
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring that all paid media investments align with business objectives and drive tangible ROI.
- Optimize spending across channels, reallocating budgets dynamically based on performance insights.
Innovation & Growth in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging digital marketing technologies and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bring a startup mentality - test, iterate, and scale quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in telecommunications, e-commerce, or tech startups.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data, uncover trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Able to balance high-level growth strategies with hands-on execution.
- Excels in cross-functional teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced startup culture.
- Passionate about optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive measurable business impact.
- Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
