Role Overview
- The Campaign Management System Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, analysis, and design of marketing automation and campaign management platforms within the financial services domain. This role combines system analysis, solution design, and technical project leadership to deliver scalable, high‑quality campaign solutions across modern and legacy platforms, in line with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
- Design end‑to‑end campaign management solutions covering data sourcing, segmentation, targeting, execution, fulfilment, and measurement
- Lead solution design ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and obtain solution sign‑off
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, estimation, risk management, and scope control
- Partner with architects, testing teams, vendors, and production support to ensure quality delivery
- Oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing with Test Management teams
- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous service and performance improvements
- Contribute to product and tool selection through RFPs and proof‑of‑concepts
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong background in technical project delivery
- Proven experience delivering marketing automation or campaign management solutions
- Strong understanding of the SDLC, including Agile delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and deliver under pressure
Functional Expertise
- End‑to‑end real‑time and batch campaign management
- Targeting, segmentation, offer eligibility, prioritization, approvals, and closed‑loop reporting
- Strong financial services business domain knowledge
Technical Skills
- Adobe Campaign (hybrid on‑premise and cloud)
- Adobe Analytics, AEM (preferred)
- Experience with Unica, SAS Marketing Automation, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (advantageous)
- Integration and customization using APIs, Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and data modelling
Tools & Certifications (Advantageous)
- Project & DevOps tools: MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket
- Analytics and testing tools: Qlik Sense, QuerySurge, Postman
