Job Summary:
We're seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to drive security integration into CI/CD pipelines, automate cybersecurity measures, and lead cloud security strategies for AWS/Azure. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, and cybersecurity, with expertise in automation, threat management, and security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement DevSecOps frameworks, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop/automate cybersecurity measures for threat management and vulnerability assessment.
- Lead SIEM, SOAR, CASB deployment for cloud (AWS/Azure) security.
- Drive "shift left" security and automate testing in development cycles.
- Collaborate on cloud security strategies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in IT, with DevSecOps, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity expertise.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and security frameworks.
- Experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, and threat analysis.
- Strong automation skills (scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.).
- Agile/Scrum experience, driving security in fast-paced environments.
