Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure in CI/CD landscape.
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Maintain and adopt Agile best practices and lifecycles for process workflows (e.g., Kanban, CI/CD).
- Work with Developers and DevOps Engineers on code review through continuous inspection, defining test scope and feature test cases based on requirements.
- Ensure proper process workflow is followed in accordance with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Interact with Senior Developers and Regional Team on product backlog prioritization for software upgrades, patches and hotfix, defect fixes and enhancements.
- Take ownership of all issues and outages. Track and monitor issues progress until their completion and provide timely issue escalation to relevant audiences.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps/SRE, systems engineering, build/ release/ deployment automation, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience on cloud platform (AWS/ Azure/ GCP etc.)
- Proven experience in building & deploying Data warehouse solutions.
- Being fluent in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, .Net
- Experience designing and working with modern Continuous integration and deployment solutions mainly using Jenkins.
- Experience with latest tools and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible.
- Experience in deploying Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Experience in setting up CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Azure/ AWS Cloud will be an added advantage.
- Experience in integrating DevSecOps tool like Nexus, Fortify into Build pipelines will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Cloud Native solutions like Azure Synapse/Data Bricks/Azure Data Factory will be a plus.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background.
