Service Reliability Engineers (SRE II) troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and resolve alarms, perform systems management, perform software deployments and migrations, and automate routine operational tasks with the end result being a more stable, reliable, and available environment for DataRobot customers. SRE II's play a key role in designing and modifying DataRobot tools and practices to provide observability and seamless scaling while proactively preventing failures.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure the continuous operation of the production environment through maintenance activities and prompt reaction to alerts all
Ensuring we meet our agreed Service Level Agreements with customers
Work to deploy new features to Production environment
Linux/UNIX (Ubuntu, RedHat, or similar)
Experience with Kubernetes
Terraform or CloudFormation
Ansible
MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Postgres, Redis
ELK, Clickhouse, Grafana, etc.
AWS or experience in GCP or Azure
Demonstrable experience in one or more languages: Python, Bash
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, SMTP, HTTP, DNS, load-balancers
Experience performing network and performance analysis, and investigating application/network issues using tools like netcat, fiddler and Wireshark
GitHub / Artifactory
Application Performance Monitoring principles
Bachelor's Degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent experience;
3+ years of relevant experience with Linux/Unix systems fundamentals, monitoring, cloud services, networking, storage, database, and application knowledge;
Solid communications skills
