Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
• Perform requirement analysis and impact assessment to systems.
• Develop and enhance programs for core banking applications
• Implement solutions that align with the organization's business objectives
• Conduct and support testing of applications
• Review and critically assess codes to ensure adherence to good programming practice, security guidelines
• Work with IT, operations and business partners proactively, and contribute constructive / valuable inputs
• Prepare and coordinate with related teams for production preparation and implementation.
• Prepare necessary documentations to align with development methodology framework
• Manage deliverables on timely basis
• Provide post implementation support
Work effectively with IT and business partners in various stages of system development life cycle
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
· Have background knowledge Banking Technology(Customers, Deposit, Loans) of Corebanking.
· Able to cross learn new product domain knowledge .
· 5-7 years of relevant experience. Silverlake Banking system knowledge is an added advantage.
· Good analytical skills and agile in handling multiple streams of demands from business.
· Experience in dealing with different teams with diverse background/units.
· Knowledge of waterfall and agile development management model, challenge the normal.
· Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
· Can work independently and proactively
· Good programming skills
· Clear communication & concise documentation skills
