We’re looking for a hungry, talented Design Intern to join our Creative Team. You’ll be working alongside experienced art directors, designers, animators and writers, developing creative concepts, campaign executions and supporting visuals to solve real business challenges for our clients. This gig is all about variety. On any given day, you’ll be dreaming up integrated ideas, storyboarding films, wireframing websites, designing digital assets and comping images. Up for the challenge? What you’ll give us:

• Active involvement in brainstorm sessions to come up with big ideas for existing clients and new business.
• Sketches and mock ups to figure out how to make things work.
• Fresh designs to bring our creative proposals to life.
• Good image and footage selections from stock libraries.
• Creative collaboration with our colleagues in Strategy, Marketing, Account Management and Tech Development.

What we’ll give you:

• An in-depth understanding of how modern marketing agencies operate.
• Exposure to challenging briefs from blue-chip brands (American Express, eBay, IMDA, NUS and Prudential, to name just a few).
• A crash course in how to come up with big ideas and make them work across channels, cultures and languages.

• Plenty of great creative work to add to your portfolio.
• Experience in selling your ideas internally and to clients

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing your design work and examples of passion projects. Only applications with a portfolio link / attachment will be considered.
• Strong art sense with an eye for design, photography, typography, film, motion graphics and illustration. 
• Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamental, typography & limitations of the web.
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and the team.
