What You’ll Do

As a Design Engineering Intern, you'll drive innovation from concept to commercialization. Working closely with cross-functional partners—including Product Management, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Material Engineering, and Technology teams – you’ll deliver thoughtful, high-quality designs that are both aesthetically refined and ready for high-volume manufacturing.

  • Help build and test prototypes using 3D printing, lab equipment, or hands-on bench methods.

  • Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and documentation of results.

  • Apply basic principles of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and support industrialization efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including V&V, Manufacturing, and Materials Engineering.

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., 3D printers, hand tools).

  • Experience with/Exposure to Gen AI application.

  • Exposure to design thinking or user-centered design methodologies.

  • Team player who enjoys collaborative problem solving.
