Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Design Director to lead the creative vision and execution of Razer's global marketing assets — from product launches to key sustain campaigns. 
This role is responsible for guiding high‑impact creative work — especially with external agencies — across global launches, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence across all consumer touchpoints. 
The Director will lead a global, multidisciplinary design team, delivering best‑in‑class digital marketing content across Marketing, eTail, Retail, PR, and Social channels.
You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business and brand objectives into compelling creative output. 
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience, preferably with a strong advertising or film agency background, and deep expertise in producing video, photography, and CGI‑driven content at scale. 
 Exceptional visual taste, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex creative workflows are essential for success in this role. 
  • Lead the creative process from concept development through to final execution, ensuring each project meets its vision,objectives, and quality standards. 
  • Define and uphold visual standards, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and alignment across all launch assets. 
  • Own the creative direction for global product launches and advertising campaigns across Marketing,eTail, Retail, PR, andSocialchannels. 
  • Partner effectively with marketing teams while directing and managing external CGI and productionagencies. 
  • Lead a multidisciplinaryinhousecreative team, including 2D/3D motion designers, art directors, and copywriters. 
  • Manage video production teams — including videographers, editors, and production assistants — ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to timelines and budgets. 
  • Integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns to maximize impact and reach. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business and audience insights into compelling creative concepts. 
  • Apply an understanding of emerging AI workflows to enhance creative development and production processes. 

Pre-Requisites :
  • 8+ years of experience inart direction, with an agencybackground in advertisingorfilm production 
  • Degree in Film, Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related creative field. Equivalent professional experience and portfolio excellence will also be considered. 
  • Proven experience leadinglaunchand sustaincampaigns, particularly for consumer products or technology brands
  • Deep understanding of CGI workflows, capabilities, and best practices for marketing and advertising
  • Strong portfoliodemonstratingexcellence in video, photography, and CGI-led storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience as a team lead, with the ability to guide, motivate, and elevate creative talent
  • Exceptional planning,peoplemanagement,and organizational skills, witha track recordof delivering complex projects on time 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Proventrack recordleading creative strategy for global brands in gaming, entertainment, and consumer tech 
  • Knowledge andexpertiseof the latest AItools
