As a Senior Project Manager within the Global Real Estate D&C team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the Middle East and Africa. You will manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with wellness, sustainability, and business objectives. Your role will involve strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with key partners to deliver workspaces that enhance our firm's culture and hospitality.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for project delivery, incorporating market nuances and best practices.
  • Lead technical due diligence efforts in collaboration with transaction and engineering teams.
  • Manage procurement processes, engaging consultants and suppliers effectively.
  • Oversee planning and design, ensuring alignment with business and commercial intents.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring risk management and site safety.
  • Ensure workspaces meet wellness, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as integrator for overall program coordination with CAO partners and Technology.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and manage project budgets effectively.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Undergraduate or professional degree in construction, project management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Extensive work experience in managing corporate construction/fit-out projects.
  • Direct experience in commercial buildings, office renovations, and workplace planning.
  • Strong programming and space planning skills. and proven fiscal accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard project management tools.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably in EMEA markets and corporate real estate organizations.
