Job Description

As Demand and Supply Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the balance between customer demand and inventory supply. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability, minimizing excess inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will drive efficient regional demand fulfilment, spurring sales growth. You will work cross functionally mainly but not limited to the stakeholders within the regional merch-team.

You are customer and sales-driven professional with a strategic mindset. You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in demand & supply forecasting. You thrive working in a fast pace, in and agile environment. You are natural team player that strives to foster collaboration across channels, roles and functions.


Key Responsibilities

•Drive regional top-down demand and supply planning process for the region, by executing and being responsible for all functionality bringing plans from region to PM level.

•Analyze, follow up, localize and optimize buying, selling and stock plans with merchandiser leads, ensuring bottom-up plans matches top-down target following the regional strategy.

•Ensure in and post season stock management, through localizing regional stock management strategies, forecast of reduction cost as well as ensuring necessary actions and follow up of performance is proactively identified.

•Implement and execute developments via constant exploration and implementation of how to improve the field of buying and stock management in the region.

•Be part of the global community by bringing successful examples and learnings, as well as rolling out ways of working of new initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role as Demand and Supply Lead, you should have strong commercial focus and be insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You should have a broad merchandising knowledge and commercial experience that understands the total picture from customer demands on our offers.


What you need to succeed:

•Economics or Business degree/relevant qualifications.

•Deep understanding of buying, planning, stock management strategies and influencing commercial agenda in the region.

•Good knowledge of logistics, allocation, store operations and omni sales.

•High level of salesmanship and analytical proficiency; is an advance excel user.

•Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Demand and Supply Manager.
Specific work location will be discussed during the interview process.​
