RESPONSIBILITIES
As a GMA Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that customers' products are exported and marketed around the world, managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, Certification Bodies and governmental organizations.
  • Communicating with clients to discuss technical issues, conveying project cost and negotiating completion date and sample requirements, as directed.
  • Assisting in addressing client concerns and resolving client issues.
  • Providing assistance to clients in reference to product certification and follow-up services.
  • Ensuring timely project completion, implementing continuous improvement mindset with all scheme processes
  • Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths.
  • Combining understanding of customer's needs and specific requests and different program's requirements to identify the right process path.
  • Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University / Bachelor's degree
  • Mandatory fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years' experience in Product Conformity Assessment or Product Certification Program
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas.
  • Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate different international rules and regulations.
  • Ability to meet relevant needs and expectations of customers.
  • Commitment and ability to meet all deadlines and to quickly respond to priority issues.
