RESPONSIBILITIES
As a GMA Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that customers' products are exported and marketed around the world, managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, Certification Bodies and governmental organizations.
- Communicating with clients to discuss technical issues, conveying project cost and negotiating completion date and sample requirements, as directed.
- Assisting in addressing client concerns and resolving client issues.
- Providing assistance to clients in reference to product certification and follow-up services.
- Ensuring timely project completion, implementing continuous improvement mindset with all scheme processes
- Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths.
- Combining understanding of customer's needs and specific requests and different program's requirements to identify the right process path.
- Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- University / Bachelor's degree
- Mandatory fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years' experience in Product Conformity Assessment or Product Certification Program
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas.
- Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate different international rules and regulations.
- Ability to meet relevant needs and expectations of customers.
- Commitment and ability to meet all deadlines and to quickly respond to priority issues.
