Global Blue is a global leader in providing Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) and Multi-Currency Processing/Pricing (MCP) payment solutions to merchants, processors, and acquirers. These solutions can be deployed across omnichannel acceptance environments, including both attended and unattended scenarios. An attended environment typically involves payment acceptance devices used in "cardholder-present" situations, whereas an unattended environment includes online channels and ATMs, where no human interaction (from the merchant side) occurs during the card presentation process.
This role reports to the Global Head of Product and Pre-sales and is responsible for overseeing product management and pre-sales activities related to Global Blue’s DCC, MCP, and associated foreign exchange (FX) card payment solutions on a global scale.
Your responsibilities include:Supporting the analysis and definition of requirements for DCC/MCP/FX solutions, as received from customers and partners during pre-sales, project implementation, and operational phases.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and support of DCC/MCP/FX payment solutions.
Acting as the owner and driver of the product development roadmap, engaging with all relevant internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Collaborating with commercial and marketing teams to create compelling pre-sales and support materials for DCC/MCP/FX solutions.
Serving as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the development, deployment, and support of DCC/MCP/FX payment solutions.
You possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Prior experience with DCC, MCP, or FX solutions within the card payments industry—this is highly desirable.
If you do not have direct experience in DCC, MCP, or FX, you should at least demonstrate a solid understanding of card payment acquiring processes, particularly those involving Visa and MasterCard.
Confident in discussing card payments, payment technologies, software development, and support processes. You are also comfortable working with terminal vendors, eCommerce providers, processors, acquirers, and card schemes—especially in relation to DCC, MCP, or FX solutions.
You can effectively interpret and create technical documentation, including APIs.
Formal tertiary qualifications in IT or business-related fields are welcome, though not mandatory.
