About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our Product Team at BTSE. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other data scientists to provide data-driven insights and solutions that enhance our products and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support product development needs.
  • Develop data-driven solutions and tools to improve product performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand their data needs and provide effective support.
  • Build and maintain data models and dashboards to track key product metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Background in product analytics or user experience research.
