How You Succeed

You’ll succeed by being curious, collaborative, and committed to learning. You’ll work closely with experienced data scientists and business stakeholders to:

• Explore data and uncover insights that drive action

• Apply modern machine learning techniques to solve business challenges

• Communicate findings clearly and effectively

• Stay current with emerging trends in AI and data science

What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for hyper-personalised marketing, intelligent recommendations, and customer journey optimisation

• Build and scale predictive and generative models using modern ML

• Explore and apply Agentic AI concepts to automate decision-making and enhance customer engagement

• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data across multiple domains

• Develop compelling data stories through advanced visualisation and storytelling techniques

• Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions using the latest in cloud, ML Ops, and real-time data platforms

Who You Are

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data science

• Proficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with SQL

• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
