Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data/engineering teams: collect and analyze MRD (Market Requirement Documents) and translate them into PRD (Product Requirement Documents) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) requirements.
Collaborate with big data and backend teams to define delivery plans, track progress, and ensure timely alignment with business stakeholders.
Organize and manage product acceptance processes, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
Drive cross-functional communication and cooperation, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in data product management, with end-to-end delivery of data products in mid-to-large internet/technology companies.
Strong understanding of data warehouse modeling and big data platforms (Hive, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Flink, etc.), with proficiency in SQL to express complex business logic.
Familiar with product design lifecycle (POC → MVP → FFP) and iterative delivery of data products.
Solid project management skills, experienced with tools such as Jira, Gantt charts, and PERT.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration abilities, with awareness of data security and compliance.
