About the Role
Join Accenture’s SAP team as a Data Migration Lead, where you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs. You will drive data migration strategy, ensure data quality and governance, and lead cross-functional teams to enable successful business outcomes through accurate, trusted data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including strategy, planning, execution, and governance
- Define and implement data migration frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align on data requirements, scope, and timelines
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading processes
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, controls, and quality rules
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on data management and migration best practices
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective delivery and performance
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions across multiple teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SAP Data Migration, including tools, methodologies, and lifecycle execution
- Strong expertise in data quality, data governance, and compliance frameworks
- Experience leading teams and driving delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
- Solid understanding of data structures, data mapping, and transformation techniques
- Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or ETL platforms
- Knowledge of master data management (MDM) practices
- Experience working in global or multi-country project environments
