In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting operational data to provide actionable insights and develop accurate reports that drive business decision-making and process optimization. This role ensures data accuracy, identifies tends and supports performance tracking while collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and provide insights to support business decisions and strategies

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)

Conduct process mining to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements

Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency in management reporting

Manage and respond to data requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required insights

Leverage data intelligence tools and methodologies to support continuous improvement in insurance operations
Who are we looking for:

Degree Holder in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline

Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

Strong proficiency in Excel and experienced with basic SQL

Attentive to details and committed to ensuring data accuracy

Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to present data clearly

Pro-active and self-motivated, able to take the initiative independently and work under minimal guidance/supervision
