Required Skills and Experience
- Collaborate with customers and account partners to identify Data and AI opportunities and build proposals to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for AI & Data transformation
- Participate in educational and ideation AI and Generative AI workshops for customers Understand customers' needs, assess their data maturity, and provide actionable insights
- Evaluate and recommend data pipelines, frameworks, tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, dbt, Delta Lake), and platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) that best fit client needs
- Conduct feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of Data and AI solutions
- Develop and implement end-to-end AI PoC projects using Python, Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, Pandas, and SQL
- Collaborate with AI architects and scientists to engineer tailored Data and AI solutions for clients, including GenAI workflows (e.g., RAG pipelines, vector databases / indexes like FAISS or Weaviate or Qdrant)
- Manage the integration and deployment of data and AI products, ensuring successful delivery with minimal supervision
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in big data and GenAI technologies (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs), incorporating best practices into your work
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to enhance AI offerings for customer-facing discussions
Preferred Skills and Experience
•Experience working as a Data Engineer and/or in cloud modernization
•Experience in Data Modelling, to create conceptual model of how data is connected and how it will be used in business processes
•Professional certification, e.g., Open Certified Technical Specialist with Data Engineering Specialization
•Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Elastic Certified Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
•Understanding of social coding and Integrated Development Environments, e.g., GitHub and Visual Studio
•Degree in a scientific discipline, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
