- Collaborating with Users, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to foster ideation and deliver cutting-edge software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business logic, and deliver reliable data solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain data transformation and integration processes to support business reporting and operational needs.
- Employing Test First and Acceptance Criteria Driven approaches to continuously test and deliver high-quality software.
- Ensuring solutions meet non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
- Actively pursuing continuous professional growth by staying updated on new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment. Engaging in educational opportunities, keeping informed through professional publications, nurturing personal and professional networks, and actively participating in relevant professional organizations.

- Talend 8 ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain Talend jobs to load incoming files and transform data schemas based on business rules and requirements.
- Data Transformation & Validation: Apply business logic to transform and validate data from various sources, ensuring it is properly structured for reporting and downstream analysis.
- Snowflake Integration for Reporting: Extract data from Snowflake using Talend, applying necessary transformations, and generating subscriber-level and operational reports.
- SQL Expertise: Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to manipulate, transform, and extract data for reporting and integration needs.
- Java (Talend Custom Routines): Create custom Java routines within Talend to handle complex transformations, data parsing, and external system integrations.
- Microsoft Access (Rules Management UI): Support and enhance a rules-driven UI in Microsoft Access, allowing users to manage transformation and reporting logic without deep technical involvement.
