Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our organization as the Data Centre Enterprise Information Management Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the planning, transformation, and operational excellence of our data centre functional services. The successful candidate will also oversee information management activities, including archival and print services, ensuring the effective governance and optimization of our organizational information assets.
Job Description:
Lead the strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives for data centre functional services to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Drive transformation projects that align data centre functional capabilities with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Oversee the management of organizational information assets, ensuring compliance with information governance policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage archival processes and print services, ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate information management best practices into data centre operations.
Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to data centre and information management functions.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to archival and print services.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong expertise, 4+ years experience, in information governance, data lifecycle management, and archival best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks related to information management.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in SQL and R/ Python (Or other tools for statistical analysis) and data visualization tools for statistical reporting.

Digital Archiving and Records Management: Skilled in managing digital archives and records, ensuring proper classification, retention, and accessibility.
Print Services Management: Capable of overseeing print services operations, optimizing costs, and ensuring service quality.
Vendor and Contract Management: Adept at managing vendor relationships and contracts to maximize value and ensure service delivery.
Change Management and Process Improvement: Experienced in leading change initiatives and continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership: Strong ability to engage, influence, and lead stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and achieve objectives.
Time Management and SLA/SLI Oversight: Excellent time-management skills to monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) with vendors, ensuring accountability and performance.
