Role Overview

As a Service Sales and Operation Analyst, you will hold a pivotal position in providing operational data insights that drive the success of our service delivery. Based in Singapore, you will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Your insights will be instrumental in our weekly management processes and service level agreement reviews with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Data Analysis and Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

2. Operational Analysis & Insights

  • *Gather and analyze data from diverse sources, including SAP PR1, B1, SFDC, and C4S, to produce actionable insights for our weekly Service Daily Management meetings across SG, MY, and TW.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and operational metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Performance Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Track and report on the implementation of pivotal initiatives and their outcomes.

4. Forecasting and Budgeting

  • Assist in the development of sales metrics
  • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets, and explain variances.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.

5. Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Offer detailed data insights on service delivery history and trends for SLA review with key accounts in Singapore and Taiwan.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement central initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

6. PPI Champion

  • Act as the Process Improvement Champion for IES and GSS, ensuring processes are rigorously adhered to and continuously improved.
  • Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with operations teams to implement process improvements and track their impact.

Required Qualifications

  • **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • **Analytical Skills:** Outstanding ability to interpret complex data and determine actionable insights.
  • **Experience:** Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in operations or service analysis.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms is a must.
  • **Communication Skills:** Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and effectively to collaborators. Able to read Chinese as the data from received from Taiwan are in Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • **Advanced Analytical Tools:** Experience with advanced analytics tools will be highly regarded.
  • **Industry Knowledge:** Previous experience in the scientific industry or knowledge of sales operations is advantageous.
