About the Role
This internship role will support the development of the Management Information System (MIS) for the Cost of Risk (COR)Dashboard, which is used to monitor credit quality improvement.
Job Description
- Assisting in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of COR performance monitoring in the Funding Department.
- Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance monitoring.
- Conducting data cleaning, preprocessing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in the dashboard.
- Assisting in building data visualizations, KPI metrics, and dashboard layouts using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Identifying and performing basic troubleshooting for data issues, reporting logic errors, or dashboard pipeline inconsistencies.
- Developing technical documentation such as data flow diagrams, table structures, calculation logic, and change logs.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL (JOIN, aggregations, subqueries, basic window functions).
- Familiarity with data modeling, database structures, and data management principles.
- Ability to work with data using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills related to data and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow structured workflows.
- Preferably based in Jabodetabek (for potential on-site work requirements).
