Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Global Operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Purchasing, Planning, Inventory, and Master Scheduling. This role focuses on identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging data visualization tools to present actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Design and enable an analytics platform for Purchasing, Planning, Master Scheduling, and Inventory.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Create clear and impactful data visualizations (charts, dashboards) using Power BI.
Prototype analytic products using Snowflake and Power BI.
Develop project plans and timelines for analytics initiatives.
Act as a liaison between business teams (Operations) and IT (Snowflake, Power BI, Software Development).
Prepare Business Requirement Documents for analytics projects derived from manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using analytics tools, preferably on Cloud-based Data Warehouses (Snowflake).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation; Python experience is a plus.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent project management skills with experience in leading analytics projects.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams across regions (Israel, Singapore, Wales, Germany).
Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
