Tickmill is looking to hire an Data Analyst to mainly collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners/Analysts to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

What the job looks like?
The Data Analyst will have the chance to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners/Analysts to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights in collaboration with the rest of BI team members.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Explore possibilities for valuable external data sources that could be used in combination with existing data sets to provide insightful information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, highly preferably in the Finance sector.
- Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to identify, extract and manipulate data to highlight trends and deficiencies.
- Good experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and ability to choose the most appropriate visuals based on the purpose of the analysis.
- Solid understanding of SQL language along with Data Modeling design principles and DAX language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity to investigate causes and effects and Team Play attitude.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
